Stained glass panels which are damaged or have deteriorated through age sometimes need full or partial re-leading. Any broken glass will also be replaced whilst undergoing re-leading. An additional benefit is that they will be re-cemented which seals and make them water-tight, at this stage traditional reinforcement tie-bars or steel strips which give additional strength can also be fitted.
